When you purchase a product from me, whether a painting, a workshop or any other product, I might require more details than just your name and email. These details I will keep safe on my own secured computer for a reasonable amount of time. I only use your details to deliver the product or service you requested and for no other purposes. You can pay for all products through credit/debit card or Paypal. In order to process payments through Paypal, they require your billing address and credit card details. The transaction takes place outside of this website, on their secure server. I do not store credit card details on my server. Paypal’s privacy policy.

To pay in instalments please contact me before making your purchase. The full price will then be divided into mutually agreed monthly payments. You will only receive your artwork after full payment has been completed. Paying in instalments is only possible on products priced over £1000.00.

To pay a deposit to hold a painting while you attend a viewing, please contact me before making your purchase. Deposit is 10% of the total cost of the painting, £200 from the deposit is non-refundable.

If you are not happy with your purchase:

Paintings and prints can be returned, only if in perfect condition and within 14 days. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Cards, postcards, donations, workshops, and other are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you receive a damaged parcel or painting. If the parcel arrives and the packaging appears to be badly damaged then please make some form of documentation on the delivery note, before opening the packaging. If possible try to open the damaged packaging in the presence of the carrier. If you are unable to, then sign for the goods as “Damaged package, uninspected goods”, so that in the event of a claim against the carrier, both parties are aware where the responsibility lies. Please contact me in the event of any damage so that we can sort this as soon as possible.

All my work has been created with professional and wherever possible archival materials and methods. With the right care, paintings will last for generations to come. I sign all my work on the front of the painting.

Customs, VAT or other taxes might be payable on imported art or online courses. The buyer will be responsible for any additional costs like these.
